Prof. Jay. A. Farrell

Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California

               

Biography:

Jay A. Farrell earned B.S. degrees in physics and electrical engineering (EE) from Iowa State, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in EE from Notre Dame. At Draper Lab (1989-1994), he received the Engineering Vice President's 1990Best Technical Publication Award, and Recognition Awards for Outstanding Performance and Achievement in 1991 and 1993. He is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Riverside. He served the IEEE Control Systems Society (CSS) on the Board of Governors for two terms, as VP Finance and VP of Technical Activities, as CSS General Vice Chair of IEEE CDC-ECC 2011, as General Chair of IEEE CDC 2012, and as President in 2014. He was named a GNSS Leader to Watch for 2009-2010 by GPS World Magazine and a winner of the2011 Connected Vehicle Technology Challenge by the U.S. DOT. He is a Fellow of IEEE and AAAS, a Distinguished Member of IEEE CSS, and author of over 200 technical publications and three books.

Prof. Haifeng Zheng

Biography:

Haifeng Zheng (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. and M.S. degrees in communication engineering from Fuzhou University, Fuzhou, China, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China.,He was a Visiting Scholar with the State University of New York at Buffalo, from October 2015 to September 2016. He is currently a Professor with the College of Physics and Information Engineering, Fuzhou University. His research interests include tensor theory, machine learning, the Internet of Things, and wireless networks.

Assoc. Prof. Ziqiang Zeng

Sichuan University, China

               

Biography:

Ziqiang Zeng , associate researcher and master supervisor of the Business School of Sichuan University, is now a member of the American Institute of operations research and Management Sciences (INFORMS), the American Association of electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), a senior member of the Chinese Society for optimization, unification and economic mathematics, and a member of the Chinese society of systems engineering.

Research Field:

He has been engaged in decision-making theory, method and Application Research of complex systems for a long time. By combining data analysis technology with decision optimization theory, a data-driven decision analysis theoretical system for different complex systems is formed, and a series of important research results are obtained. The main research and application fields include intelligent decision optimization of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project construction system, construction of traffic big data analysis and intelligent control platform [9], decision conflict optimization of energy engineering system construction, systemic financial risk contagion prediction, etc.

Prof. Olivier Marin

Biography:             

Olivier Marin received my PhD in Computer Science from the University of Le Havre, France, in 2003. Then became a postdoctoral fellow for a year at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam, Netherlands, in the Dept. of Computer Sciences. He have been an associate professor at the Laboratoire d'Informatique de Paris 6 (computer science department) of the Université Pierre & Marie Curie, and a member of the INRIA REGAL team since 2004.

Prof. Qiu Jiangtao, director of the Department of computer science and technology. Professor, doctoral supervisor. Senior programmer, Microsoft Certified Database Management Engineer. He has worked in our hospital since 2008.

Assoc. Prof. Hongbo Li

Shanghai University, China

               

Biography:

Hongbo Li is Associate Professor of Information Systems and Management Science in the School of Management at Shanghai University, Shanghai, China. He obtained his PhD degree in Management Science in July 2014 from School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, Beijing, China. He was a visiting PhD student at Research Center for Operations Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, KU Leuven, Belgium from 2012 to 2013. His research interests include artificial intelligence, metaheuristics, project scheduling, robust scheduling, data science, business analytics, and information systems. He has published in a variety of refereed journals, such as Journal of Scheduling, International Journal of Production Research, Decision Support Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, and Electronic Commerce Research and Applications.
